Join us at City Hall (EAST – YES, facing the library) on Saturday, March 2nd, at 1pm. Come show your support for the ‘Recall Mayor Gondek’ campaign. This crucial gathering marks another demonstration of efforts to bring change to our city’s leadership. Attendees can sign the petition and register to volunteer, contributing directly to the movement’s momentum. Let your voice be heard and be a part of shaping the future of our community.

Anyone putting “Dream View Events” into their google map will get right there no problem!
We are offering signing AND commissioning at the Dream View Events center! Make sure to bring your petition forms, affidavits and two pieces of ID.
The property is basically on 96th street & HWY 22x …5 seconds drive from the interchange with the ring road (2mins from Spruce Meadows). It is listed as being in De Winton but the addresses literally across the street are the City of Calgary. This will be a great convenient spot for anyone in the SW as it is right off the ring road.

Wow – we are doing this, and we’re gaining momentum! With so many of us motivated, connected, and collecting signatures… we are sending a message! Keep on collecting.
BUT – right now we have tens of thousands of uncounted signatures. Don’t wait until April to hand your petition sheets in. Let’s get these signatures commissioned and counted today. Let’s do this weekly.
We have an estimated 70,000 to 100,000 signatures collected. But we can’t give an official or running count until we get them commissioned and delivered to me. Let’s get them commissioned and “Completed for the Count”.

All signatures must be done in-person. Our team will reach out to you and coordinate a time to meet. Note signing below authorizes our team to contact you.
Thank you for finding me. We have received thousands of requests to sign the Petition by Electors. I did not expect such a groundswell – that is why I know we are not alone in this.
Because of the overwhelming response, we are creating a process to make sure that every signature and every witness is in compliance with the Recall Act.
Right now, we are setting up a system of Commissioner for Oaths/Notary Public in and for the Province of Alberta (as required on page 14). We hope to have the dates and time for you to drop-off the petition and have your Affidavit stamped by a Commissioner for Oaths/Notary Public. We hope to have this in place by Friday.
